Hello! Thank you for supporting a woman-based business that serves Southwest Florida primarily Naples up to Sarasota, with Babcock Ranch being the "home base". We are an on-location (we come to you!) CPR and First Aid Training business with a goal to empower as many community members as possible to confidently perform CPR and First Aid.

If you are thinking we are just another CPR business, you are completely wrong! Jen, the owner of Rhythm Rescue CPR (Hi, that's me!) experienced a tragic event where her dad died from a massive heart attack in 2001. At the time she didn't know CPR, what to do, or even how to help. She stood in the doorway of the living room and froze...not even knowing how to take a pulse as a teenager. Now, a nurse with 17 years of healthcare experience, Jen has decided to leverage her passion for heart health and awareness by bringing Rhythm Rescue to Babcock Ranch and all of Southwest Florida.

Jen and her husband, Adam, a seasoned Firefighter and EMT of 27 years, will be rolling out new classes as they are created. They want to empower ALL ages to know the signs of a heart attack, stroke, heat stroke, seizures, or need for first aid. They are committed to bringing classes to communities such as babysitter classes, homeschool groups, daycares, community events, grandparents, new parents, 1:1 or small group offerings for your family, disaster training (even though we hope to never have another hurricane like Ian!), heart health classes, blood pressure screenings, and so much more.
